HIRO Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2nd 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the HIRO Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by HIRO Technologies Inc. ("HIRO", "we", "our", or "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.

 

 

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
 1.2 You must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in affiliate programs is lawful.
 1.3 You must have a valid email address and payment method (e.g., PayPal or Venmo) to receive rewards.
 1.4 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including but not limited to clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate relationships.

 

 

2. Enrollment and Program Participation

2.1 Enrollment in the Program is subject to approval by HIRO. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application at our sole discretion, for any reason.
 2.2 Upon acceptance, you will be provided with a unique referral link and/or discount code to share with others.

 

 

3. Referral Incentives

3.1 Referral Incentive for Customers: All qualified referral links and/or codes provide the referred customer with a $10 discount on their first HIRO subscription order.
 3.2 The discount is valid on eligible subscription products only and is subject to change at our discretion.
 3.3 Referrals must be new, first-time customers of HIRO. Referrals from existing customers, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity will be void.

 

 

4. Affiliate Rewards

4.1 Standard (Cash) Affiliates:

  • You will receive $10 USD for each valid referral that results in a completed subscription purchase.

  • Payments will be made via PayPal, Venmo, or another approved method.

  • Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, subject to a 30-day hold period to allow for chargebacks, returns, or subscription cancellations.

  • HIRO reserves the right and at its discretion to either reward affiliates in cash or through credit to HIRO’s online store.

4.2 Mom Ambassador Program:

  • For every 10 valid referrals, you will receive 1 month of free diapers (equivalent to one standard box as defined by HIRO).

  • This reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent.

  • Tracking and fulfillment of rewards are subject to internal verification.

  • Free product rewards will be fulfilled by HIRO either via automated dispatch or email-based coordination.

 

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your relationship with HIRO.

  • Engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Promote your affiliate code via coupon sites, fake accounts, comment spamming, or paid search using branded keywords (e.g., “HIRO diapers”).

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals.

  • Infringe upon HIRO's intellectual property or use our brand assets without prior written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid rewards.

 

 

6. Tracking and Attribution

6.1 Referrals are tracked using browser cookies and/or unique coupon codes.
 6.2 Cookies expire after 365 days unless otherwise specified.
 6.3 HIRO is not responsible for failed tracking due to ad blockers, cookie settings, or third-party technical limitations.
 6.4 Final determination of referral validity rests solely with HIRO.

 

 

7. Taxes

7.1 You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from affiliate rewards.
 7.2 HIRO may issue a Form 1099 or other applicable tax form for U.S.-based affiliates earning above the IRS reporting threshold.

 

 

8. Modification or Termination

8.1 HIRO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
 8.2 Any changes to these Terms will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
 8.3 HIRO may withhold payouts or revoke rewards if you are found in violation of this Agreement.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property associated with HIRO are owned by HIRO and may not be used without our express written permission.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program.

 

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
